How Marginfort uses AI

What the AI does

Marginfort uses Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, to analyse your store data, explain where profit is lost, and draft content such as chargeback responses and supplier messages.

You stay in control

• Actions that change something (submitting a dispute, pausing an ad, updating stock) are off until you turn them on, and you can approve them one by one.
• AI output can contain mistakes. Please review drafts that ask for your approval.
• Fraud flags are advice with reasons; you decide what to do with an order.

Your data

• We send the AI only the data needed for the task.
• We do not use your store data or your customers' data to train AI models, and our AI provider does not train on it under its commercial terms.
